Please name the file with the presenter’s last name and programme code (e.g. Jones_18.8). Programme codes can be found in the online session programme.

Please note that it is not possible to present using your own computer.

Online Oral Presenters

To ensure smooth running of the parallel session programme, please:

1. Be prepared to share and present your PowerPoint presentation in ZOOM. The Zoom link to your session will be found on the online programme, on the Oxford Abstracts conference platform, to which we will send you a link one week before the conference.

2. Check that you have a stable Internet connection. A headset with a microphone is strongly recommended for better sound. Share your camera and be sure to turn on your microphone when it’s your turn to present.

3. If you would like to practise sharing your presentation in Zoom, please join us for a test session:

  • on Thursday 17 August at 16.00-16.30 (UTC+3) or
  • on Friday 18 August at 12.00-12.30 (UTC+3).
